The Church bears the name: Stichting RCCG Netherlands Mission, hereinafter referred to as:The Redeemed Christian Church of God, as laid down in the Articles of Association of 27/01/1999.

The Municipality is located in Den Haag in the Netherlands, as a church community a legal person within the meaning of Article 2 of Book 2 of the Civil Code and is recognized as such under Dutch law.

The Redeemed Christian Church of God as a municipalities in the Netherlands has received an ANBI group decision from the Tax Authorities. That is, the local Parish that belong to the Union have been designated as ANBI.

Members of the church council and various committees receive no remuneration for their work. They receive a reimbursement for actual expenses incurred.
